Date
Apr 02, 2020
Measuring the penetration rate of SARS-CoV-2- in a given population today is an important step in predicting the evolution of the pandemic once containment measures are released. Campus Biotech has been hosting a study of HUG since this week to detect the presence of antibodies produced by the body to fight the Coronavirus 2019 in the blood. As patients who are ill or in quarantine are excluded from the protocol, the results of this study will have to be compiled with data from real infections in order to have the most realistic picture possible of the situation.
