Geneus is happy to invite you to the following virtual workshop: Demystifying Strategy for your Startup by Alexandra Karacsonyi on Tuesday, October 19th at 12.30 pm

Strategy is often seen as something fuzzy, and may be subject to opinions rather than based on facts. In this 90' workshop, Alexandra will explain startup founders:

  • why, when and how to start thinking about strategy
  • how to develop a strategy logic based on facts
  • the difference between strategy and tactics
  • how to craft an organization able to deliver on the chosen strategy

The workshop will also introduce a number of strategy frameworks commonly used in business analyses.

About the speaker:

Alexandra Karacsonyi holds an MBA from Stanford University, and relies on 15+ years of work experience in strategy and marketing for leading companies like Bain & Company, PepsiCo, L’Oréal, PayPal and Migros.ch (formerly LeShop.ch). Since 2015, Alexandra has been running her own consulting company, Elixir Consulting, with a focus on strategy, innovation and change management. She has also been a lecturer in design thinking at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HEG) in Geneva, and an online teaching member for the LEAD Executive Certificate at Stanford University team since the program creation in 2015. This online certificate, targeted at mid- to senior-managers and entrepreneurs, focuses on corporate innovation. Alexandra has been involved in the Swiss and European entrepreneurial ecosystems for many years: as a business angel, startup coach, senior advisor for a VC fund and fundraiser. Since 2015, Alexandra has coached 200+ entrepreneurial projects and startups, in various industries and geographies.

The zoom link will be sent to you the day before.

The event is of course free of charge.
